Born and raised in Wichita, KS, he grew up as the youngest of five children in a family where dentistry was more than a profession—it was a passion. Inspired by his father, who was also a dentist, Dr. Randy knew from an early age that he wanted to follow in his footsteps and make a difference in people’s lives.

In 1989, Dr. Randy married his wife, Sue, and a decade later, they decided to move to her hometown of Monroe, WI, to raise their family. They have three adult children and two grandchildren who are the light of their lives. Outside of the dental office, Dr. Randy cherishes spending time with family and friends, whether it’s watching sports, playing golf, or enjoying a game of pickleball.
