Our caring and experienced team members are passionate about providing outstanding dental care to our patients in our warm and friendly environment. We’d like you to get to know them better!

Erin S., Office Manager

In her role at Belle City Family Dentistry, Erin ensures everything runs smoothly at the practice. She enjoys getting to know patients on a personal level. Providing the best experience every time they come in is important.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Outside the practice, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and three dogs. She also likes to go to concerts and movies, out to dinner, and fishing.

Lauren H., Dental Hygienist

To prepare for her role in the dental field, Lauren earned an Associate’s Degree in the Science of Dental Hygiene in 2008 from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She strives to provide the best care for her patients and help them achieve healthy smiles.

It’s fulfilling to build relationships with her patients, and working to change their perspective on how they feel about going to the dentist. Lauren helps anxious patients feel comfortable and builds trust.

Outside the office, Lauren loves spending time with her husband and two children, family, and friends. She also likes to cook and try new recipes, and spend time outdoors hiking, biking, and other activities.

Becca P., Dental Hygienist

The dental world fascinated Becca at a young age, and she decided to become a hygienist in 3rd grade. She graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2014 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Becca also worked as an orthodontic assistant before finishing school.

For Becca, it’s fulfilling to provide professional and compassionate care to patients. She truly values helping patients achieve healthy, happy smiles.

Becca spends as much time as possible with her growing family. A Racine native, she enjoys all the local city has to offer and is a big animal lover.

Lu Ann N., Dental Assistant

In her role at the practice, Lu Ann enjoys helping our patients achieve good dental health.
She attended Gateway Technical School and has worked in this position since 1974. Lu Ann likes that it keeps her active.

When she’s not working, Lu Ann likes to read, babysit her grandchildren, do family activities, and go out with family and friends. She enjoys getting to know her co-workers as well.

Sarah C., Dental Assistant

Sarah attended the National Dental Academy of WI, graduating in June 2021. Being able to play a role in restoring a patient’s beautiful smile, and helping them feel at home in the dental chair, is a special feeling.

Outside the practice, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and her cat, going to see Brett Eldredge in concert, and trying new local restaurants.
